Marvin Fergus, Geologist: Mr. Fergus is a professional geoscientist with over 20 years experience originating, evaluating, leasing and financing oil and gas ventures for other oil companies and for his own account. He has served as an expert witness in the United States District Court for the valuation of oil and gas properties. He has a B.S. degree in geology from Hardin Simmons University and a B.A. degree in economics from Southern Methodist University.
Brenda Gardner is the office administrator for Lone Star Securities and its affiliates - Riley James Development Corporation and Harbor Resources, LLC. She attended El Centro College in Dallas where she studied police science before joining the company in July 2002. Ms. Gardner is responsible for managing all client and prospective client mailings as well as general office administration.">
Renee Michaelis is the accounting manager for Lone Star. Ms. Michaelis studied accounting at Collin County Community College before joining the company in August 2004. Prior to joining Lone Star, she was the assistant controller for several Dallas area oil and gas firms. Ms. Michaelis has extensive knowledge of JIB, divisions of interest, oil and gas revenue distribution, bank reconciliation, escrow accounting, accounts payable and receivable, cost accounting, and quarterly reporting.">
